Grace Lodge celebrated Nurses’ Day on 1 August 2025. The occasion was made even more special, as it was also the 63rd year of service of our Director of Nursing, Mr. Ranjit Singh, in the medical care industry. Our nurses expressed their appreciation through speeches and performances, extolling Mr Singh as a pillar of strength in times of crisis, who inspires hope when it is needed most. The shared moments of joy reminded us that nursing is more than a profession. It is a calling to care for another through unwavering dedication and compassion.
We were privileged to have the gracious presence of Venerable Kuan Yan, President of Singapore Buddhist Welfare Services. During the event, Venerable Kuan Yan also watched a demonstration by our robot, showcasing how new technology has become part of our care environment.
In this celebration, we not only acknowledge the past and present contributions of our staff, but also reaffirm Grace Lodge’s commitment to compassionate care.
