Staff Training and Development

Grace Lodge values continual upgrading of staff competency through on-going training, so that our knowledge and skills keep up with clinical advances. This ensures that we always deliver quality care to our residents.

Grace Lodge hence advocates a culture of active learning for our staff. The scope of courses attended by our staff includes infection control, teleconsultation, patient safety, palliative care, dementia, oral hygiene for the elderly, food Hygiene, CPR and AED training.
